Restart option doesn't actually restart the core from the beginning in some games #38
Description
This is especially annoying when you have the option to automatically load the last state enabled. If you want to start the content from the beginning, you have to use the undo load state option instead.
An example of an affected game is the Final Fantasy ROM hack, Final Fantasy Restored, which added some introductory text to the title screen. Restarting the content skips the text and brings you straight to the title screen.
