Bug: Have to toggle the mouse pointer to see it for the Zapper

When using the core, it doesn't give you a cross hair for the zapper and just wants you to use the mouse pointer but you have to toggle the mouse pointer for it to show up.

Also, the Mesen and Mesen-S emulators have been picked up and continued with by "NovaSquirrel"
