I've been running spoifyd for quite a while, but it's always seemed a bit flaky. I'd get random disconnects and it would always take a long time for the initial connection when I started a new session.
About a week ago I changed to librespot 0.6.0 and couldn't be happier - it just works. Instant initial connections and no dropouts.
However, I'm seeing some "interesting" log messages and wonder if I should be concerned.
I downloaded the source tarball and compiled with:
cargo build --no-default-features --features "alsa-backend with-libmdns"
.I am running with:
librespot --disable-audio-cache --disable-credential-cache --name "Den Stereo" --bitrate 320 --format S32 --device iec958:CARD=AUDIO,DEV=0
I'm seeing the following ERROR and WARN messages:
192.168.2.61 is a Windows tablet.
