Fargate as Task Target #26
Description
Herman supports one-off, short-lived task containers running on existing ECS clusters. Adding Fargate as a supported run target would help avoid issues where: there's not enough space in an existing cluster, the task container needs to modify a cluster, attaching a container to a cluster doesn't make logical sense, etc.
