how to use this repository within philomena?

Multiple sources state that the derpibooru philomena and the furbooru philomena use fiberglass for media processing instead of using stock ffmpeg (and some other dependencies). I wasn't able to find any code for this in the linked philomena code repositories.

Is there any documentation available, how fiberglass can be integrated into philomena in production environments? Thanks in advance!
