not detecting correct refresh rate (hz) on mobile, ie: s25 #1337

so im making a project on a 144hz monitor, later went to see how it looks on s25 (120hz), and it ran terribly slow, i thought it was a cpu/gpu issue, but enabling debugging cleared that up, its only running 60fps on the s25, why?

im playing with runner settings (delta, etc) it then matches the speed as my 144hz desktop, but the "smoothness" is still missing, only the velocity of bodies is the same
