very high wait time in gitsigns.async.await

I'm using gitsigns on my home pc and it's sometimes stuck in await for 1 or 2 minutes. I believe this has something to do with my local machine because the same config is used in another pc and mac without a problem. Please give me some directions to debug this issue, I have added many folder/process exlusions from Window Defender including git but this problem isn't going away.

ok I turned off watch_gitdir and follow_files and the problem gone.
