Allow for multiple attrs to be deleted #47

NGSI v2 spec does not allow for multiple attrs to be deleted meaning multiple requests are required for removing multiple attrs.

Add functionality to allow for multiple attrs to be deleted. /entities/entityId/attrs/multiple?type=Device&remove=attrName,attrName,attrName
