hal2012-database2012.cpp missing

Hello,

I tried to compile freehal-cxx, but configure complains about the missing hal2012-database2012.cpp file.

General question, is freehal-cxx a complete java to c++ conversion, so that it is usable with as a XMPP client, like the java version?
