Feature request: typing indicator that only fires when content (assistant message) is being streamed back

The typing indicator sometimes dies early, then the message from the Letta agent comes in later

Actually @shelleypham is it possible to only have the typing indicator when the agent is streaming content? ie the += is happening?

This way if the agent just thinks or calls a tool, but doesn't send a message, it doesn't show a typing indicator (which is good).
