Provide easy way to spin up docker/vagrant with hushlist + Hush full node

We need to give users a super easy way to install stuff, if `cpan Hush` is not going to work for them. A docker script would allow people to spin up a container with hushlist, which I like, since they have the option of the docker container destroying itself or keep state.
