Update to latest dependencies

I tried updated to latest dependencies, but couldn't figure out how to fix all the compile errors due to breaking API changes. It would be great if someone got it working and merged it in 😺

Other templates under leptos-rs are kept up to date so these can be used in the future as a reference.
