Err if bamboo can not resolve author name #9
Description
TG API throws an error if message contains e-mail address string like someone@gmail.com
This happens when bamboo can not resolve author name against his e-mail (for example no user in bamboo database has e-mail registered as author's e-mail).
Typical usecases affected by this issue:
- Building from public repository
- Building after pulling in commits into private repo from public.
