Creation of TODO´S for

I think that is a good idea have explicity of TODO´S to other persons can contribuite for project.
Maybe in the README of project is okay. Its a way to make objetives to project, new features ,etc.

It's just a simple project version, here is a simple todo list:

bugs

• instance command used for list configured instances is not evaluating the correct value for instancestate, it always shows AUTHENTICATED, which's wrong.

features

• compress pkg binary executables using gzip
• handle different column types from SQLPad client
