New beta release

Hi, I really like this project and put it in the CI pipeline for mir-ion: https://github.com/libmir/mir-ion/blob/master/.github/workflows/test-docs.yml

This project is great for continuously testing if documentation is still up-to-date.

Currently it was broken due to either missing #1 or #2, but now with current master it should work. Could you create a beta release with the current code state, so we can use it already while the next features aren't in yet?

I have pre-released a version that includes pull requests.

The --dubsdl argument is not working well in Windows environment, so I will officially release it once I have identified the cause and done some interim measures such as guidance. (buildOptions "releaseMode", etc.)
It may be an internal process of jcli, but I don't know yet.

argument quoting in windows is a little bit weird, it might run correctly under wsl / bash through git.

Quoted arguments in CMD were, if I remember correctly, quoted like --dubsdl "buildOptions ""releaseMode""", or you just use the other SDL quote types: --dubsdl "buildOptions `releaseMode`"
