Add specified file extraction and replacement

Please add the path var/mobile/Library/Carrier/ to extract and replace the specified file
For example, I need to extract var/mobile/Library/Carrier/device+carrier+46000+D93+63.0.plist
After modification, overwrite and replace the original file. Moreover, the device+carrier+46000+D93+63.0.plist file name is not fixed. I need to customize or program to read and list the file list. Thanks!
