SoySNP50K off-by-one error

Problem:
The indicated marker collections had coordinates that were too high by 1:

Wm82.gnm1.mrk.SoySNP50K  OK
Wm82.gnm2.mrk.SoySNP50K  OK
Wm82.gnm4.mrk.SoySNP50K  fixed 02/05
Wm82.gnm6.mrk.SoySNP50K  fixed 02/05
FiskebyIII.gnm1.mrk.SoySNP50K  fixed 02/05

I have fixed these in the datastore (using the workflow in this repo: https://github.com/soybase/map-markers-to-assembly )

Remaining: the modified GFFs should be loaded into GlycineMine. Tagging @adf-ncgr to include those files during the next build, please.
