Google Vertex Support

I was able to use `aider` with Google Vertex, but not aider-composer. The `aider-composer` configuration files and code seem to store the settings directly rather than rely on `aider`'s configuration, and it doesn't look like `aider-composer` is set up to accept Google Vertex at this time. Thank you for the great UX for `aider` that you have written!
