Project location / org name

Tying into #13, the current location has been chosen for convenience and speed of getting the forum for ideas going.
Ideally, my idea was to have the resulting repository in the ledger organization but we may as well create a new one.
Ideally, this version would continue in the Ledger spirit but, after any new feature in the future, it may break the compatibility so I'm not sure if this is Ledger 5 or a separate app ledger-rs, both in terms of a name and the underlying logic.

Deviating from the existing logic brings in fragmentation, which is definitely an anti-goal here.

I have created ledger-rs organization as some seem to be put-off by the repository location under an individual name. I guess this sounds more professional and shows that it is not a one-person-show.
The name is still open for discussion, though. Especially since there is already a ledger-rs crate. Or, at least the name is reserved.
