[Popover] Popover.Trigger onClick and Popover.Content onInteractOutside trigger at the same time.

Description

When you click on the Trigger zone you will also trigger onInteractOutside action which could make sense but make it difficult to control open/close modal on button + externel click.

Maybe there is another way I'm not thinking of though.

This is actually mitigated as I can use the component without an external open/close state, but maybe this case could happen for another usecase.
