German translation of the optgroup label

It's not an bug, but the German translation of sounds negative and makes users feel insecure. Could you please rephrase it to “Bereitgestellte Vorlagen” or “Vorhandene Vorlagen”, for example?

thank you for that suggestion. Unfortunately the German lang strings are maintained by Moodle's AMOS translation toolkit https://lang.moodle.org/.
