How to disable the tooltip from hiding after around 5-8 seconds when user hovers over chart area.

I have the following widget, and everything works correctly. However, when a user hovers over the chart area, a tooltip appears, then it hides after around 5-8 seconds. How can I disable that so that the tooltip only hides when the user is not hovering?
