Missing lib/utils/index.ts

Hi

I've cloned the gandalf project and encountered an issue where the lib/utils/index.ts file is missing. This file is referenced in several parts of the frontend code, such as in components/ui/avatar.tsx.

Could you please provide guidance on whether this file should be included in the repository, or if there's a specific setup step that I'm missing?

@mancohxm1986 I've just tested everything (works in my machine 😅 ) and updated the README.md to give better setup/ installation guidance.

The correct file is frontend/lib/utils.ts instead of lib/utils/index.ts. Can you check if it works for you?

This project originated at the AGI House hackathon. Out of curiosity, how did you discover it & what are you looking to achieve? Super eager to learn more from you :)
