Minor issues with the Editor (and website) #1824

Hi!

Thanks a lot for your project, i have been messing around with LayaAir IDE and so far i really like/enjoy it!
It is really a solid engine + ide, i would like to note some issue i found tho:
The editor starts in chinese and i had quite hard time (used a translator) to find how to change the language to english,
while i understand that this engine is mostly used in china, would be extremely cool if the language setting is a bit easier to find

The website doesn't load from italy because it searches for "-it" files (icons ecc) but it doesn't have those, would be nice a fallback to english (-en) because to access and download LayaAir i had to override manually the website scripts mocking "-it" files

I would like to add some small suggestions to your already amazing product,
i would make login/registration optional if possibile, just feels a lot better when you download an engine and is ready to use even if you are offline at the moment of configuration (like Godot or Defold to make an example).
And since the editor to me seems to be made in Electron, would be extremely cool to have a built-in code editor based off Monaco Editor (the open source code editing component from Visual Studio Code)

And i would like to ask lastly, if there are any plan to open source the editor too, i would glady contribute to that repository (implementing the built-in Code Editor cited above for example).

Keep this amazing project going, i really love it!
