building_fuel_models definitions

Hello!

I am using the WUI flag to model urban fire spread. The documentation is lacking a bit. Can someone point me to how
building_fuel_models.csv urban fuel parameters were derived, and what are they meant to represent (single family houses, building material types, etc)?
