Connect to connection pool with connection options

Is there any way to connect to the connection pool via the ConnectOptions instead of the connection URL?

something like this:

let pool = PgPoolOptions::new()
  .host("localhost")
  .user("postgres")
  .port(5432)
  .connect()
  .await?;
