SqliteConnectOptions::from_str() doesn't seem to exist

The example here is pretty much exactly what I need, but it doesn't even let me import std::str::FromStr and from_str() just doesn't seem to exist. I'm fairly new to Rust but trying to learn as I go, and I really just don't understand why this is happening. Besides that example, from_str() isn't mentioned anywhere else on that page.

i restarted my IDE and it works perfectly now
