sqlite NOT NULL still using Option

My sqlite schema

CREATE TABLE messages (
    author VARCHAR(32) NOT NULL,
    contents VARCHAR(2048) NOT NULL,
    timestamp VARCHAR(128) NOT NULL
);

gets an error with query macros when using fetch_all, `expected struct `std::string::String`, found enum `std::option::Option`
