SQLite Extensions In query! Macro

SqliteConnectOptions has a new extension and extension_with_entrypoint fn, but usages of query! seem to blow up with syntax errors if new functions are introduced because the query! evaluator isn't loading the extension, is there a way to have the compiletime query checker load the extension as well?
