DATABASE_URL getting ignored

I setup the .env file with my mysql connection string and even tired using cargo sqlx prepare -D string_here but both get ignored and try to connect to root@localhost, instead of raizo@localhost.

DATABASE_URL must be defined in multiple places for this to happen. If it couldn't find DATABASE_URL anywhere then the macros would exit with a more specific error about that.

If you have DATABASE_URL set directly in your shell environment, that will take precedent over what's in your .env.

If you have multiple .env files in the project, the innermost one takes precedent over outer ones.
