Add SLCAN enabled by pin

For optional sniffing of can-bus traffic without removing module.

1. Add pin to ext connector

2. pull it down to make module sending all received packets to serial

3. release to stop

4. sending can messages is optional but very nice to have

5. hardcode all settings
