nginx error 256

Hello, I use laravel valet but I get refused to connect error when trying to valet open the website.

I checked sudo brew services list
and I see that nginx has error 256.

I reinstall brew, compover, valet, but it didn't help.
I would appreciate any help to direct me how to fix nginx error.
