I am not sure that I would classify it as "no longer actively maintained" as there has been some activity within the last few months. However, having reviewed the recent issues and PRs I would agree that it is not getting the attention from the maintainer that it probably deserves and issues are not being responded to and improvements that seem like good ones are not being merged. This is the problem with repos that are owned and maintained by individuals rather than groups or foundations or whatever. |

Hi, the https://github.com/FakerPHP/Faker/ library, which is currently used by Laravel, appears to be no longer actively maintained. Many issues and pull requests are being ignored and are automatically closed without any responses from the maintainers. This could potentially impact projects relying on Faker for testing and seeding.
