Breeze Next shuld be a NPM package instead

The Breeze Next.js starter kit is a great way to start. What about moving the useAuth hook to an NPM, with nice documentation and letting everyone use it in his way?

Why:

1. I've app and want to use Laravel as a backend
2. I want to use it with the creat-react-app starter instead of Next.js
3. I want to use Typescript, not Javascript, Styled-Components, not TailwindCSS, MUI not ... etc
4. I want to use it in React Native app
5. I want to keep my app updated with any future updates in the useAuth hook
