Can Validation with Rule::exists support all the methods of Query\Builder

Would it be possible to support the below syntax on Rule::exists?

Rule::exists(Model::class, 'field')->join(OtherModel::class)->where('other_model.other_field', 123);

Even better would be if support for using the model and it's relationships was possible so that you could do something like

Rule::exists(Model::class, 'field')->whereHas([ 'other' => function ($query) { $query->withTrashed(); } ]);

In either/both cases, having the full weight of the query builder and/or Eloquent would be awesome!
