Laravel Fortify 2FA - Email code instead of mobile auth app

I recently implemented Fortify into an app, purely for its 2FA feature. However, we also required the ability to use email verification code as a means of 2FA. I think this would be a great feature to include in Fortify and the development should be minimal.
