Get affected rows value at QueryExecuted event

I'd like to revive an idea that was previously discussed, but didn't have a solution yet: laravel/ideas#1297

I know, it was already indicated that a solution might not be easy or even possible without too much changes or ugly workarounds, but maybe someone has another approach to offer that wasn't discussed yet.
