Error 419 in Cpanel

Laravel version: 7.25.0
PHP version: 7.3 (both local and in cpanel)
Database: MySQL

I always get error 419, I understand this issue and I am suppose to fix this by
checking if i have the @csrf present both in head and form. But still getting the error.

• using default auth vue scaffolding

All the development settings are configured properly. I don't know why I'm having this issue
