How can a beginner run and view Langchain locally? Where should I start learning about it?

I have limited experience in Python. I have a project in mind where I want to create a web interface that can connect to OpenAI via API, allowing users to input documents and interact with the system. After some research, I came across Langchain and thought it might be a suitable tool for my project. Also would be interesting to run locally LLMs.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me with the following questions and tips to start:

1. How can I run and view Langchain locally on my machine? Are there any specific steps or dependencies I need to take into consideration?

2. What are the recommended resources or documentation I should start with to understand the fundamentals of Langchain? Are there any tutorials, guides, or official documentation available?

3. As a beginner, what concepts or technologies should I focus on learning in order to work effectively with Langchain? Are there any prerequisite skills or knowledge that would be helpful?

4. Considering my project requirements, where do you suggest I start in terms of creating a web interface, connecting to OpenAI's API, and managing user interactions? Are there any recommended frameworks or libraries that work well with Langchain?

Yes in my case, I am already on it, but still can´t by following the steps, achieve to launch at last the webUI for langchain... or even other repositories done for example for launching the PDF readers... I still dont understand what I am failing... I guess it is basics...

Hope anyone can give some basics to launch this on Visual Code for example
