langchain_google_vertexai library - can I use create_tool_calling_agent?

@dosu I am using langchain_google_vertexai library. Can I use create_tool_calling_agent so the LLM's native tool calling feature can be utilized for the VertexAI Gemini models? I do not want to use create_react_agent since it is not as accurate.
