Log questions and answers with LangServe

For observability purposes I need to log every questions and every answer that we receive. I tried with callbacks but they generate lots of useless and unstructured logs and the answer is printed twice. I just want to log something simple like "Question received: ..... Answer: .....". It shouldn't be that difficult.
