Confused by the choice of chat-models

Hello everyone! I've read through the source codes of a few chat-models, and several confusing questions arised:

• They look pretty alike, what is the point of writing separate classes for each model?
• I could use openai or deepseek chat-model (or even the base class in langchain) to call most models.
• What if I just use ChatDeepSeek to call all models possible? Will it give different results from those of the specifically written class?

Also, it seems the chat-models don't always use the same parameters. For example, the ChatDeepSeek uses api_base while ChatOpenAI uses base_url for appointingthe URL. It could be troublesome and confusing to call different chat-models using variously named parameters.
