do langgraph support create agent for model without tool calling ability?

Description

I am trying to use langgraph to create an agent that can use tool but I got the following error

openai.badrequesterror: error code: 400 - {'object': 'error', 'message': '"auto" tool choice requires --enable-auto-tool-choice and --tool-call-parser to be set', 'type': 'badrequesterror', 'param': none, 'code': 400}

Is there a way to create an agent even if my model doesn't have tool calling ability
