Re-reading documentation at https://python.langchain.com/docs/how_to/indexing/ and clicking in the SQLRecordManager link which points to https://python.langchain.com/api_reference/langchain/indexes/langchain.indexes._sql_record_manager.SQLRecordManager.html I'm getting a 404. Searching for SQLRecordManager returns no result.
