Are ChatGPT plugins and langchain related? Are they using it? I can't find a mention to langchain in plugins documentation.

Or were they just... highly inspired?

I think it would be cool if the openai handshake with plugins could be reverse-engineered so that the models can use the same exact plugin manifests with langchain, assuming OpenAi never releases this interaction

after build the Api's manifest.json file and openai.json file how can i use them locally to find intelligently the right API link to be use when a user write a prompt in the natural language ?
