Provide customization for the max_retries config on Google Chat Models

Feature request

In the Google Chat Models code there's a default behavior of retrying requests when they fail up to 10 times.

Can this be a customizable parameter ?

Motivation

10 iterations on this using an exponential retry policy makes my app spend too much time waiting for an answer.

Proposal (If applicable)

Make this variable a parameter of the ChatGoogleGenerativeAI class.
