Clarifying Import Choices: langchain_community.chat_models vs. langchain_openai for ChatOpenAI

What distinctions exist between importing ChatOpenAI from langchain_community.chat_models and langchain_openai? Are there variations in results or potential issues when using the community import within my LCEL?

The langchain_community.chat_models one is getting deprecated soon (in 0.2.0), the langchain_openai is the one still being developed
