Writing to S3 for Windows creates backslashes in file paths

lance will try to use backslashes "" to write paths on S3, resulting in the inability to read later on

expected value on S3 : s3://bucketname/db_name/kb.lance
found value on S3: s3://bucketname/db_name%5Ckb.lance

I suspect you're using os.path.separator() (or similar) to decide what path separator to use, even if this is going to write on S3
