Hi, thanks for your question!

We cannot directly share the PadChest dataset — you will need to apply for authorization and download it yourself from the official PadChest website.

Regarding the manually annotated samples: in the official label CSV file provided by PadChest, there is a column indicating whether a sample is “manual”. Our PadChest20 subset is derived from this: we took all samples with manual annotations, counted their class distribution, and then selected the 20 least frequent classes (sorted in ascending order). These categories form what we call PadChest20.
