Add tif and tiff image support

I was just wondering if you think it is possible to support the .tif and .tiff files ?

Yes this is certainly possible. I'll investigate the possibility to integrate this feature.

If you want to investigate, could try to implement the feature?

This seems quite trivial to implement: juste add the relevant TIFF extensions in the list of supported images extensions here.

That's what i did and it worked without any problem, but i didn't relly tested it further. And i asked if it was possible becaus i didn't really went through the whole package and don't know if there are any features which could have issues with this format.
